Working with Frank as our real estate agent has been truly a pleasurable and smooth experience. My husband and I were living out of state and were in the market to purchase a home in San Antonio due to work.
As fate would have it, we only had two weeks to fly out and find a house that we were willing to purchase. At first we were uneasy about the prospects of finding a house in such a limited time frame, but Frank's calm demeanor and positive attitude gave us the reassurance that we needed to continue with the home search process. When looking at different homes Frank printed out the MLS listings with detailed information and gave us notes to help with the decision making process. In addition, he never pressured us into "liking" a house that we were not fond of and was always available for our questions via email and phone.
Needless to say, in the two week time frame we found a home that was perfect for us. Since we had to go back to California to start packing Frank handled all the details in San Antonio for us. Small details such as scheduling the home inspection, going through the home check-list, making sure that everything with the house is in working order, stuff that we could not be physically present for Frank went out of his way to handle for us.
Another testament of Frank's impeccable character was when we were driving our moving van out to San Antonio, unfortunately it was during the time of the Arctic storm and the conditions were below freezing. Frank came to our house to turn on the heater so when we arrived, it would be to a nice warm house. Frank's capacity to truly listen and accommodate to his client’s needs as well as his high level of ethical professionalism won our loyalty.
Frank will always be our Realtor of choice and we will always recommend him to family, friends and to anyone who is in the market to sell or purchase a house.

Frank was the capstone to our successful change of duty station and the purchase of our first home! He forwarded tons of data by email for our family's concerns, taking each one into careful consideration. He explained the complex parts of the process in a down-to-earth, laymen's way to help us understand it better. We were able to fine tune the area to search around weeks before leaving our overseas area. Even with a 16-hour time difference, he was extremely prompt appearing to be awake at all hours of the night. He was accessible from early morning until late in the evening.
Frank knows military family situations as retired Air Force. It was reassuring knowing he's been there and knew what our family was going through. Last year my family and I relocated from Shreveport, LA to the San Antonio area. We found Frank via a home that he had listed online. For a month or so Frank and I communicated back and forth via email and text messages before we ever met in person. Frank is EXTREMELY responsive. I'd email Frank questions and he get back with me in less 30 mins.
On short notice I emailed Frank and told him my wife and I would be making a trip to San Antonio and asked if he could show us the area and a few homes. Frank jumped on it! The deal was, my wife and I picked 5 homes we wanted to look at and he picked the last one. He picked us up early that next morning and began showing us homes. I am writing to tell you about the amazing service provided by Mr. Frank Bailey.
In May of this year I accepted a new position in San Antonio. This may not seem like a big deal or move to most people; however, at the time I was living in Korea! I found Mr. Bailey through the TRULIA website. I browsed his site and found it answered most of my questions. Additionally, his site was user friendly for DOD employees. That told me he understood what I would encounter as I made a move from overseas.
I contacted him as well as approximately four other agents who had listings on TRULIA. Frank answered my inquiry in a matter of hours. (this is saying a lot with a 13 hour time difference) One or two of other agents answered inquiries but it took days, so I figured I would not be important to them so I dropped all communication. On the other hand, Frank answered all my questions, took all my specifications about what I was looking for and started finding listings that I could review. The amazing part...it did not matter what time of day I e-mailed from Korea, Frank seem to answer! At one point I had to ask him if he ever slept.
I started out thinking I would be renting a home, only natural I had never owned a home. That whole paradigm shifted, Frank arranged for me to contact a loan officer and I was pre-approved for my first home loan. I had a specific builder in mind and type of house. Frank listened patiently and put all the requests together. As the time arrived for me to move to San Antonio Frank stayed in touch and reminded me of the important things to look for when purchasing a home.
I arrived in San Antonio on 27 June. Frank and I were looking at homes the next morning. Based on our conversations he had lined up showing with four builders, including the one I had mentioned. On that one day we went to four builders locations and looked at 10 homes and I found the one I really liked! In fact, it was a home by another builder! He helped through all phases of the purchase right through closing! In fact even after I closed and could not get off work to go to the city office to transfer the name of house he went in my stead to the City of Cibolo administrative offices and took care of the paper work for me!
My profession incorporates measuring and critiquing customer service, Frank exemplifies superior "world class" service! His attention to detail, finely honed ability to listen to the customer and match their needs to available homes epitomizes the skills of a true professional. I will gladly refer his name to anyone looking for a Realtor who will work for the client and go the extra mile!

I contacted Mr. Frank Bailey a while back as I am going to relocate from Puerto Rico to the Texas area by this coming summer. Mr. Bailey immediately emailed me listings of homes that met my criteria he never overlooked not even one detail of what I was asking for. Frank not even once was pushy with me. He touched base with me very often and gave me a lot of useful information about home buying and the area that I am looking at ( as i do not know anything of the area) Frank has GREAT customer service and he makes it easy to ask any question or concern you may have.
It really feels like you are talking to a friend instead of a realtor. I emailed him quite often and always get a reply by the following day if not the same day, or many times I send him an email and while I am online I receive his response immediately. If you are looking for a real estate agent, then look to no one else but Frank Bailey. Frank really cares about his clients and is willing to work with you no matter how young you are. I’m only 23 years old and at that young age, some realtors wouldn’t even think about working with me. I met Frank and saw that he wasn’t like that whatsoever. Franks level of professionalism and wanting to make sure the client is happy with what they are getting is by far top notch. Frank is also a very loyal realtor. He works for 8 long months trying to find the house that I wanted. If you want someone who work for you and not in it to make money, then Frank Bailey is your man. I know you won’t be disappointed.
