What's the first thing you look for when purchasing your first new home?  Does a particular neighborhood play a role?  Price?  Size?  School district?

For my needs the school district and neighborhood are the most important facts when searching for a new home.

Of course the house has to be right too but there can be compromise unlike the area for me!

I see, this is good info, it'll help your agent if you convey these thoughts during your intial appointment.  It takes great communication between you and your professional to ensure you that all your homebuying needs (especially first time homebuyers) needs are met.  I encourage more feedback on this.

I would have thought more first time homebuyers would provide some input.

This Information is very useful for my wife and me since we are first time buyers and looking to buy.  Mr. Bailey, we will be calling you in the near future for your assistance in helping us purchase our first house.
